this is the end... my only friend

It doesn’t matter which one is your mother tongue, you must learn the Empire language. There is no escape, English it’s the new element of our DNA. I may not like this, but it’s the true. The globalization forces us to use a common language. That’s why today I’m writing this essay, because one way or another, learning English it’s the world way of being baptized to grow in this incredible, an shocking sometimes, connected world. This final English course may be the gate, and this essay the baptism ceremony to begin our renewal lives on global times. However, I’ve been baptized before, and it didn’t work.

Of course, this ceremony forces me to make a little trip to remember how this experience has been. Everything starts when I was a freshman. That’s when I realize that English language Empire was calling me. I was obligated to take this course, because if I didn’t take it, I couldn’t graduate me of psychologist. So that’s where my history begins. If anyone asks me now if I’m sorry for taking this course, I respond that absolutely not. I’ve learn many things that I might use in the future. But this couldn’t be like that, without my teacher. I think that I have to give an honorific mention to Alvaro, because he is a great guy, and I think that this course wouldn’t be so great if he had not been there.

Another reason why I find this course has been successful is for the use of social networks as blogs. Using blogs allows us to being always writing, and trying to be updated. If someone asks me for some suggestions to this blog sessions, I would probably say that should be allowed to students write about their favorite topics always. Other suggestion would be that all classmates should write in a chat, so that every student was forced to interact and had to think and write something English in real time. I hope that those things will be consider for future English courses.

Finally, I’ve enjoy a lot this travel despite all other funny (but real) things that I’ve say about “English: the language of the Empire”. And now, some final conclusions about my experience. I think that this two years have been useful, because I’ve learn, talk, and write every Friday in English, but the most important thing, is that this course was more like a fun and relax time to spend with my classmates, then a rigid and boring English class. In a environment like that, English learning it’s a lot more easy and durable I think. Who knows, maybe this “baptism” may work.

This is not a great blog.

I think that we have many challenges at this time, because this discipline is always changing, and being updated. Now I’m going to talk about technology challenges for psychology, for example, behavior psychologists need many instruments to make their experiments and measure their results. A solution for this problem may be investing more in this area, to make this psychology area more competitive and efficient. In Education, I think that psychology could make better suggestions than in many other areas because there are many investigations that could make useful for teachers and students. I suggest that psychologist may interact more with education specialist, because this work is intradisciplinary, and just a psychology view won’t be enough. About social matters, social and communitarian psychology know best what to do. They can solve social conflicts such as drug addiction, or try to intervene communities to make their life better.
I think that psychology should question more there bases, their epistemological foundations, and then try to change the world. If we don’t criticize ourselves, we could never make a real change in this Earth. Psychology, as many other social sciences, is always changing, and thinking about what are they doing, their mission.
And now, I don’t want to write more about this, because I’m tired, so I will full with words until I complete 350 words. So I don’t know about what you want to talk about it, but I just want to go home and cry, because I’m an slave in this room, and my teacher won’t let me go if I don’t write 350 beautiful words.
I don’t know what else I could to talk about it. I hope you enjoy my lalala. Now, I’m going to say you bye bye, because I don’t want to keep talking. I think that I’ve repeat that like 350 times.
I want to sleep, because I haven’t sleep. I don’t know anything. This might be the worse blog that I’ve written in much time. And I hope that you excuse me, but I don’t have any more ideas to put in here. That’s my challenge.

Activities I enjoy the most

The activities I enjoy the most when I have some free time are listening music, watching films, and have long conversations whit my friends. This activities I usually do at any time, I don’t need free time to do this. For example, yesterday I have to do some work for University, a thing that I should send many hours ago, however, I decided that I want it to spend time talking with some friends. So that’s why I say that you can do what you want at any time. Nevertheless, I don’t recommend this strategy, because you must do anyway all that activities that you decide to postpone. I usually enjoy my time with my university friends, because they are who I see more often on my week. Some of that friends possibly are reading this blog, and they must be laughing with this, because I should be with them in class right now, however I’m desperately trying to end a piece of alkjdsalk (you-know-what). I don’t know what else to talk about the activities that I enjoy the most. Well, listening to music it’s other of my favorites things, that in this last month I’ve really enjoy a lot. When I’m in my home, in my bed, trying to get some sleep, I usually turn on the radio to be calmer and relax. Other activity that I’m sure that many of the readers of this blog most enjoy, it’s watching films. I love do that, because that allows me to think better, like when you don’t want to thing in some thing, you could turn on the tv, and watch a film in which one you can put all your stress in stand by, so you can relax, and then, after the film, you may thing better about things that you have to do. Other activity that I enjoy, it’s going to the gym with a very funny partner, and talking about anything, and laughs and exudes a lot. After the gym I’m always happier.
Finally, I think that people should always do what they want it to.

improve your life

Faculty facilities here in FACSO are really nice to me at least, I mean if we compare this with other facilities such as Exact Science Faculty, which current infrastructure it’s not adequate for their students, and their rooms are too small for all their lab instruments. However I thing that this faculty may need some place to relax ours beautiful and stressed minds and bodies, that’s why I recommended to build a room to sleep, and listening to your favorite music. Well, my first steps to become this demand in a real thing, I think it will be to knock down all the Faculty to build a meditation center, where even the rats used for experimentation could have their own space, and will be happy to participate in some conductist experiments, even so, I think that if the ambience will be greater, all rats will give their consent to make of them science prostitutes. Well, I resolve this situation, as I say before, building a meditative center with swimming pools with music under the water.
The benefits of building a place like this, will be amazing, because all people will be so relaxed that will never fight, and if they do, they could resolve their problems faster, because their minds will be clearer than in other minutes when they live and share in that brown old knocked down Faculty.
And further recommendations for new social scientists, it’s that they invent a new hugging machine to make their life happy.
And the absolutely real recommendation it’s just, enjoy life, love your family and friends. Have a great day dear you :)

MUSIC BEIBIIIII

I love music and any kind of artistic manifestations, but what I like the most it’s argentinean rock music. That country gives us so many masters such as Charly García, Fito Páez, Fabiana Cantilo, and many others. Of course, I hope you will remember a legendary band as Soda Stereo, which main principal voice was Gustavo Cerati, or Los Fabulosos Cadillacs which last presentation was last Sunday here in Santiago, on the Club Hipico. As all this artists, I share their passion for music, because this “thing” makes you so happy; a beautiful drug that you can’t stop drinking, eating, smoking, fucking! Because that’s how I experiment it. Music it’s a human need, and any noise it’s a potential music that will blow your mind, that make your spirit free or in the other hand, could make you a suffering slave in this planet. But sometimes I forget to enjoy, and the only music that I hear is what radio gives mean while I do any other things. I don’t dedicate enough time to listen to my favorite music.
I think that music it’s great for health. Endorphins are waiting for music to run free for your body. And finally, here you have a link of my favorite musician, Fito Paez:

Enjoy :)

The guardian article

Original article from: http://www.guardian.co.uk/education/2008/may/01/universityguide.psychology
This article talks about psychology as a career for future students. This expose try to answer four questions. What will I learn?, ¿What skills will it give me? , ¿What job can I get? and finally ¿What will look good on the CV?. This question became a university guide for future students. The first question gives you a general perspective about what it is psychology and what do you need to do learn to become a psychologist. You must initiate with a general grounding in biological, to finally end with a cognitive psychology. The second question talks about what skills will you develop in a career like this. Some of those are research skills, of course, when students graduate they will have plenty of background knowledge, and will be able to demonstrate critical and independent thinking. The third question talks about jobs that a psychologist can get, those jobs could involve work in educational area, or do some work as clinical psychologist, or an occupational one. Finally, the fourth question ¿what will look good on the CV?. And the answer of the text is this, the ability to apply multiple perspectives to psychological issues and the effective team working skills.

My favorite dish

My favorite dish is tallarines with tomatoes sauce. I’m so traditional for this, but I love to eat this. It’s so easy to prepare it, and you can do it in a few minutes. Besides, you can cook this with many salsas, like sauce alfredo, or any that you want to invent. The special flavor that I think this dish has, it’s in the sauce, in the tomatoes, and how you prepare it. I enjoy cooking anything, and it’s so interesting to know how other people cook with their own personal ingredients. Well, I think that any person who has cook for others, knows how rewarding is to do it. Cook for your friends and family, and see how they enjoy, or at least try to, it’s great.
If I have to put a remembrance related to this dish, I think that I will always remember when I was on vacations with my friends, and the only think that we have to cook and eat, it was this. Noodles always make you feel full in your stomach, and it’s so cheap, so you don’t need to spend much money and time in this.
I always recommend coke with any dish, at any hour. Drink coke always and you will be happy… and fat. And if you have a little of Ron, that coke will taste better. That’s all that I have to say for now. I recommend this dish! You must eat! It so “exclusive”! I don’t know what else to say so, bye.
